Hey there! So, my wife and I decided to dive into the wild world of baking and opened a local bakery in Ocala, all while wrangling our little bundle of joy! My wife has been dreaming of owning a bakery since she was a kid, we finally made that dream a reality in July 2024—talk about a sweet success! We kicked things off with a food truck, serving up donuts topped with ice cream and all sorts of crazy toppings. But since we could only operate on Saturdays due to our jobs and the baby, we figured it was time to sell the food truck and go all in on a storefront. After some nail-biting moments with the lease and a surprise hood vent upgrade that made our wallets weep, we opened in just two months!

Now, we’ve got regulars who swing by weekly and bond over coffee and donuts!
